This tea is grown in the Fujian Province of China and is traditionally known as Pai Mu Tan. This is one of the least processed of all teas - consisting of down-covered buds and young leaves. The resulting tea is very voluminous; you may need two full teaspoons for a serving. The infused leaves have an aroma of sorrell and a pleasing, nutty flavor.
